Construction and redevelopment of the Hunters Point Shipyard area. This project included new installation of domestic water mains, recycled water mains, sewer mains, storm mains, gas mains, joint utility trench, and all wet and dry services to each individual home and business lot, plus street subgrade rock and paving for entirely new subdivision.
