Hunters Point Shipyard Redevelopment

Hunters Point Shipyard is located in the southeast corner of San Francisco, approximately 1.3 miles northeast of the City and County line and approximately six miles south of Downtown. The shipyard consists of a largely flat 493 acre landfill peninsula. It is surrounded on three sides by water and is bordered on its land side by Hunters Point Hill.

This project included new installation of domestic water mains, recycled water mains, sewer mains, storm mains, gas mains, joint utility trench, and all wet and dry services to each individual home and business lot, plus street subgrade rock and paving for entirely new subdivision.
